Jan
Jan has worked in hospitality at several times during her career, before starting the Bed & Breakfast at Billeaford. Following her cookery training in Paris she cooked on private yachts in the Caribbean for many years before settling in Suffolk.

Mark
Mark’s background is property and project management. He makes sure that everything around the house stays operational, and as a couple Jan & Mark look after the flower and vegetable gardens, orchard and their two self-catering cottages, which have been up and running since 2013.
