A little about Jan
Jan has worked in hospitality at several times during her career, before starting the Bed & Breakfast at Billeaford. Following her cookery training in Paris she cooked on private yachts in the Caribbean for many years before settling in Suffolk.
A little about Mark
Mark’s background is property and project management. He makes sure that everything around the house stays operational, and as a couple Jan & Mark look after the flower and vegetable gardens, orchard and the two self-catering cottages, which have been up and running since 2013.
